Naomi Smith

In 2006, she was handpicked as one of six to compete internationally in Orlando at the Face & Body Art International Convention for the title of Body Artist of the Year. She also was awarded first place in three separate international face art competitions. Not only does Naomi use the human form to create, she also uses this medium to advocate and educate for endangered species. To see critically endangered animals in human form evokes an emotion in the viewer and encourages people to start thinking and learning more about these animals. You may have seen Naomi at work with her children’s’ face art with Radio Disney at events such as Kids Expo, Portland Public Schools Expo, Taste of Vancouver, Kids Holiday Expo, Girl Fest or one of the many public events she appears at. In addition, she is in high demand for private sessions for face and body art which takes place in her studio in Vancouver, WA.
